If you’re using our service, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We kept them clear and simple to make sure everyone knows what’s what.

Legal Rules & What They Mean

Taskerz operates under UAE laws. Any disputes, arguments, or disagreements related to our services or this website will be handled through the legal system here. If you’re under 18, you can’t use this platform or place any bookings. No exceptions.

Service Areas

We love Dubai but we don’t go everywhere. The following locations are not covered in our standard service areas:

  • Out of Dubai
  • Dubai South
  • Damac Hills 2
  • Al Ghadeer Village
  • Al Nahda
  • Al Qusais
  • Al Khawaneej
  • Al Mizhar
  • Palm Jebel Ali
  • Dubai Industrial City (DIC)

Trying to book services to or from these areas will either be declined or cost extra (depending on our routes and your task).

Payment

  • We don’t save your card info. Not now, not ever.
  • We just pass your payment details to our trusted payment processor – end of story.
  • That processor is the only one storing your payment information securely.

Cards, Charges & Receipts

  • You can pay using Visa or MasterCard (debit/credit), in AED.
  • You should save your transaction receipts and booking confirmations – just in case you want to yell at us later.
  • Some banks may break up your booking across multiple charges depending on their billing cycle. That’s on them, not us.
  • We strictly follow UAE guidelines and avoid doing business with countries or individuals on OFAC sanction lists. No shady business here. 

Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once your task is confirmed, it’s locked in. Cancel within 1 hour of the scheduled time, or it might cost you.
  • Urgent or custom tasks may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the request.
  • You’ll be informed clearly about any non-refundable service before confirming.
  • If a refund is approved, it’ll be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Task Timings

  • We aim to get everything done within hours, but traffic, weather, or the occasional “random chaos” might delay us.
  • For best results, book ahead – especially if you’re on a tight deadline.
  • If we’re booked and ready but can’t proceed due to missing info or client absence, the booking fee may still apply.

Sensitive Deliveries

  • If your task involves cheques, documents, expensive shopping, or anything delicate, we handle it seriously but you’re still responsible for giving us the correct instructions.
  • Taskerz isn’t liable for losses due to incorrect addresses, recipient issues, or last-minute surprises.

Communication

  • You’ll get real-time updates during the task. If anything goes off-track, we’ll let you know immediately.
  • We’ll communicate through WhatsApp, calls, or whatever platform you used to book with us – so stay reachable.

Custom Requests

  • Not everything can be predicted or templated. For anything outside the usual, we’ll evaluate first.
  • If it’s legal, ethical, and realistically doable, we’ll try to make it happen.
  • Deliveries are handled by car or bike, so parcel size and weight need to be within what a standard vehicle can manage. Custom pricing and terms will apply.

Updates to Terms

These terms might be updated from time to time. No spam alerts – just check back when you can. By continuing to use the service, you’re agreeing to the latest version. Also, quick heads-up: anything banned under UAE law won’t be handled or delivered. This includes alcoholic products. No exceptions.
